Constitutional Amendments by We the People

Why the title - “We the People”?

I believe it is time for “We the People”, the Citizens of the United States of America, to assert our right to “Amend the Constitution” independently from the authority given to Congress and the States under ARTICLE V of the Constitution.

THE QUESTION
Does ARTICLE V of The Constitution only limit the Federal and State Governments’ ability to amend the Constitution; or does it define the only methods to Amend the Constitution?

I argue that it limits both Congress’ and the States’ ability to amend the Constitution, and does not limit in any manner the right of “We the People - America's supreme lawgiver” to amend the Constitution.

All that is required is for us, “We the People” to answer the question, HOW?

As time allows I will attempt to answer, what I have found to be the most complex question, with the answer being most elusive?

I believe, the answer lies in its end result.

We the People

DECLARE

“We the People of the United States of America” did not lose our right to Amend The Constitution independently from the State and Federal Legislatures, on June 21, 1788, when New Hampshire, the 9th State ratified the proposed Constitution, thereby creating the United State of America and making the Constitution the Supreme Law Of The Land. And

We the People PETITION

The Supreme Court of
the United States of America; to

Affirm our right to “Amend the Constitution”; and

Approve our proposed method of organization; and

Approve our self-imposed limitations on Amendments to the Constitution; and

Approve the proposed voting requirements that are to be met: by ”We the People”, before The Court accepts as valid any Amendment to the Constitution of the United States of America by the people.
